T1 line card control from PC style applications.

This C++/OCX package controls racks of Intel/Dialogic Boards. The current system is made up of DM3 T1 line cards which have 96 lines per board, with 24 machines per rack, with a rack in each of three major US cities,

Throughput of over 2.5 million calls per day has been demonstrated.
